Not at the same time, no. We designed Tweetycam for maximum security, so every Tweetycam camera can only be shown on one monitor at a time. You can change the monitor that the camera is connected to by simply using your new monitor to pair with the camera. The other monitor will be unable to show the camera’s feed if it is already being shown on a different monitor.

Yes, your spare monitor is designed to work with all camera models. Bear in mind that each camera can only be used and connected to one monitor at a time. So if you only have one Tweetycam camera, your spare monitor can only function as a spare, in case your existing monitor becomes unavailable. It cannot function as an additional monitor alongside your existing monitor.

An additional monitor is useful if you want a spare parent unit on hand, for example, as a replacement or backup. Some families like having one ready in case their main monitor is misplaced, damaged, or needs servicing. It’s also helpful if you want to turn your multi-camera Tweetycam set into two Tweetycam sets by dedicating at least one of your additional cameras to your new monitor.
