Creating a new favourite theme

Step 1: Open the Tweetydreams dashboard on the app

Open the Tweetydreams app on your phone and tap Tweetydreams to enter the product dashboard.

You’ll find a section titled Favourites. Tap the circled “+” button in that section.

You will be taken to a page where you can create a New Mode, which is a custom theme.

Step 2: Choose your lighting preferences

To add lighting to your theme, toggle the on/off switch next to Lighting.

You can then choose one of the following light options:

• White
  

• Colour, where you can select your preferred colour using a slider
  

• Rainbow, which has two modes; tap the “Rainbow” button again to toggle between modes
  
  

Once you’ve selected a colour, adjust the brightness slider underneath to set your desired light dimness/brightness.

You may choose to create a theme without lighting if you prefer.

Step 3: Choose your sound

Scroll to the Sound Type section. It should be underneath the Lighting section.

There are three sound categories to explore:

• Nature, found in the first and second tabs
  

• Object
  

• Sleep
  
  

Navigate between tabs to browse the available sounds on your Tweetydreams, then tap a sound type to select your preferred sound.

Step 4: Preview your theme

To hear and see how your theme comes together, tap Preview in the upper-right area of the screen. It will have a little “play” icon with a triangle. A pop-up window will appear, and your Tweetydreams will start playing a preview of your theme. Tapping “Confirm” will exit the preview and return your Tweetydreams as it was.

Step 5: Save your theme

Once you are happy with your selections, tap Save in the upper-right corner.

Your new theme will now appear under the Favourites section of your Tweetydreams dashboard. It will display as the icon of the sound you selected, outlined in the colour of the light you chose.

Note that, for the latest version of Tweetydreams, you must choose at least a light or sound setting in order to save a theme. You cannot save a theme that has no light, and muted sound.

Playing your favourite themes

As a default, your Tweetydreams will automatically play your favourite themes (in order) whenever you tap the top of your Tweetydreams. You can also control and play your themes through your phone on its app.

Editing or deleting favourite themes

To manage your saved themes, go to the Tweetydreams dashboard and tap the pencil icon on the right side of the Favourites section.

You will see a list of all your custom themes.

• Tap the trash can icon next to a theme to delete it
  
  

• Tap on any theme to edit its light or sound settings
  
  

After making changes, remember to tap Save to update the theme.

Frequently asked questions

• What if I only want to save a Tweetydreams theme with just the sound, and no light?
  You can toggle the Lighting on or off, using the switch in the Lighting section. Just turn the switch off, and save your Sound Type selection as usual.
  
  

• What if I only want to save a Tweetydreams theme with just a specific light, and no sound?
  You must still choose a Sound Type, but you can easily mute that sound using the Pause button at the top of the screen; the mute icon will appear in place of the sound’s icon. Set your Lighting preferences, toggle the Lighting switch on, and mute your selected Sound Type, in order to save a theme with just Lighting preferences.
  
  

• Can I set specific brightness and volume levels for my themes?
  Yes. Whenever you adjust the light brightness using the slider, that level of brightness is saved for that specific theme. It is the same way when you adjust the volume of a sound in a theme. So individual themes have their own brightness and volume levels.
