How long does the battery last for?
- The battery lasts up to 10 hours.
- The minimum battery life is 6 hours if you have it on loud sound and bright light.
- Your Tweetydreams will last up to 18 hours on standby (if your Tweetydreams is turned on but not playing any music or light).
- It takes about 3 and a half hours to recharge the battery fully.
How many sleep programs can I set up?
You can set up and use up to 6 programs.
These programs are conveniently ready to use in the App, allowing you to customise them according to your preferences. Once customised, you can activate them whenever needed.
What are all the sounds included?
Keep your little one dreaming with 34 soothing sound options.
Sleep = white noise, pink noise,
brown noise, fan, floor fan and wall fan.
Baby = heartbeat, shushing, hush little baby, music box, lullaby, twinkle little star.
Nature = rain on the roof, moderate rain, light rain, thunderstorm, wind, ocean/waves, water stream, fireplace, campfire, birds, cricket, frog.
Ambience = café ambience, clock, meditation, wind chimes, steamship, aircraft cabin, train.
Melodies = joyful, good morning,
fantasy.
Is it possible to utilise the sound and light individually?
Yes, your Tweetydreams settings can be completely personalised.
You can choose to have the sound and light operating independently or together.
For example, you can use a soft, muted light without sound to feed your baby at night, ensuring a gentle experience that won't disturb their sleep. Alternatively, during the day, you can enjoy ambient music without the light feature, creating a pleasant atmosphere while your baby plays on their play mat.
Can my Tweetydreams play throughout the whole night?
Yes. Your Tweetydreams can remain on continuously throughout the night without any automatic shut-off. The timer is an optional function that allows you to set a desired duration, up to 24 hours, after which your Tweetydreams will automatically turn off.
Does Tweetydreams continue operating during a blackout?
Yes. If your Tweetydreams is plugged in overnight and you experience a power interruption, there's no need to restart your Tweetydreams manually. It seamlessly switches to battery power, as if nothing happened.
What is the Tweetydreams size & weight?
The design of Tweetydreams prioritises being lightweight and portable, allowing it to occupy minimal space. It measures 11cm x 15cm and weighs 304g.
Is it possible to use the App without Wi-Fi?
Yes! Tweetydreams can switch to Bluetooth connection, without any interruption, as long as you’re connected via both WiFi and Bluetooth.
What kind of Wi-Fi connection is required to control my Tweetydreams with the app?
To connect to your Tweetydreams, you will need to connect to a 2.4GHz or 5GHz frequency.
(Note: that these Wi-Fi frequencies are different from your mobile network connections, such as 3G, 4G, and 5G, which are provided by local towers).

Can I connect my Tweetydreams using my hotspot/phone data?
No, you will need either a Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connection.

Absolutely! You can share access to your Tweetydreams to multiple smartphones, allowing both parents to operate it conveniently.
Can you program just the light to change colour at a specific time?
Yes. With Tweetydreams, you can fully customise the settings for each program you create, including the light colour, brightness, sound, volume level, and even the option to mute it entirely. The power is in your hands to tailor your Tweetydreams experience just the way you want it.
Is the App available for both iPhone and Android?
Yes, the smartphone app is available from the App Store and Google Play Store.

Where should I place my Tweetydreams?
We recommend a minimum distance of 1 metre from the child's sleeping area.
Can I place my Tweetydreams inside the cot while my child is sleeping?
No, please do not leave your Tweetydreams inside your child's sleeping area. This poses a potential electrical fire hazard. It is essential to always keep your Tweetydreams outside the cot, at a minimum distance of 1 metre.
Is it safe to keep the machine connected and operational throughout the night?
Yes. You can confidently leave your Tweetydreams plugged in and running overnight without any safety concerns.
What is the decibel range of the Tweetydreams speaker?
Your Tweetydreams’ speaker ranges from 40dB to 120dB and may vary depending on the sound selected, the room size and your distance from the speaker.
What recommended volume level should I should use?
Babies should not be exposed to noise levels over 60 decibels. To give you an idea, if you place your Tweetydreams 1 metre away from your baby sleeping, use a maximum volume of 60.

Are your products covered under warranty?
Yes, all of our products are covered under a 12 Month Warranty.
What do I do if I have a warranty claim?
If your product has a fault that occurs within 12 months from the date you received the product, please visit our Return and Refund Policy page, and email us at support@tweetycam.com.au to commence the return process and receive either a full refund or product exchange.
Who pays for the return shipping in case of warranty?
Tweetycam will cover the cost of return postage in the case of a warranty claim.
