Return and refund policy
Our priority at Tweetycam is to ensure all customers are 100% satisfied with our products and service.
Returns
Our standard return policy lasts 14 calendar days from the time you receive your product. If 14 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, we typically cannot offer an exchange or refund unless the product is covered under warranty.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in its original packaging, in the same condition you received it in. If the item was received in a damaged or defective state, your product will be covered under our product warranty, and you will be eligible for either an exchange or refund of your choice.
To complete your return, we require an email receipt or other proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the returned order to be reviewed.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a couple of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping for returns under the 14 days return policy

It is up to the buyer of the product to cover the cost of return shipping under the 14 days return policy. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
